下面大家和小航直接进入主题，bittersweet 确实有tasting both bitter and sweet “苦中带甜的”这个意思，    不过更多还是指containing a mixture of sadness and happiness，苦中有乐的，苦乐参半的。

    3.keep sb sweet

    keep sb sweet 是英式英语，主要在英国使用，

    也就是“取悦，讨好（某人）。”

    4.the bitter fruits of sth

    the bitter fruits of sth 也就是“苦果”，

    the unpleasant result of something，

    恶果；不好的结局。

    举个例子

    The unemployed are tasting the bitter fruits of the market economy.

    失业人士正承受市场经济的苦果。

    5.take sth with a pinch of salt

    在英国说 take sth with a pinch of salt，在美国说 take sth with a grain of salt，

    意思都是一样的，to not completely believe something that you are told,

    because you think it is unlikely to be true，对…半信半疑，对…有所怀疑。

    You have to take everything she says with a pinch of salt,

    because she tends to exaggerate.
