　　01. ups and downs

　　ups and downs “盛衰，浮沉，起落”

　　英语解释为the mixture of good and bad experience ，

　　that happen in any situation or relationship。

　　例

　　(1) get through sth. “渡过(难关)，熬过(困难时期)”

　　英语解释为to come successfully to the end ，

　　(2) get sb. through sth. “帮助某人渡过(难关)，

　　帮助某人熬过(困难时期)”

　　例

　　Well, it's not your fault. We'll get through this.

　　03. 看开一些 get over sth.

　　(1) get over词典里的基本意思是“从(疾病中或不愉快的经历中)恢复过来”

　　英语解释为to return to your usual state of health,

　　happiness, etc after an illness,

　　a very upsetting experience etc。

　　get over在实际使用时，

　　可以根据使用情景，翻译成不同的汉语。

　　(2) get over sth.在一些语境下，

　　可以翻译成“看开，想开”

　　(3) get over it “看开一些，

　　看开点，想开一些，想开点”

　　例
