Meanwhile, a volunteering job, although it does not pay, helps students to gain work experience and to build a social network. 接下来的考虑是：接着写对于选项2的让步，还是先用转折把选项1否定掉。是赶紧转着否定，否则的话，让步内容会冗长。→ However, work, paid or unpaid, is exhausting. 接下来顺延着把选项1和2共同的劣势说完。→ In fact, it is the same case with learning sporting skills.
