As we know, China is a country with a huge population. Therefore, it’s very easy for me to get to some crowded places, especially during holidays.

Last spring festival, I went back to my hometown to reunite with my family. It was the most important holiday for everyone, so people did a great many things to celebrate it. One of the events was the temple fair not far from my home.

I drove the car with several cousins to pay a visit there, but none of us had expected how crowded it was. It took me 30 minutes to find a parking space. Then we started to head for the temple fair. The fair was on the top of a mountain, and there were hundreds of stairs to climb on the upgoing slope. Generally I would say it must feel great to climb those stairs. However, it was extremely difficult for me to move a step because there was a huge crowd surrounding me. The crowd soon ruined my mood. I wanted to buy some snacks, but there was a long line at the food stand. As a result, I didn’t climb up to the top, and just gave up halfway.

I was so disappointed about the trip. There was nothing I could do. It was so noisy and crowded. I would definitely not experience things like this again.
